bfast was fried egg w/ pam spray, american cheese slice, 6 slices carl budding black forest ham, & mustrad. h2o to drink. lunch was a pack of four lance peanut butter crackers & h2o. supper was 1/2 stuffed bell pepper w/ 2/3 cup dry butter beans, 3 tbspoons of cole slaw, slpenda tea. snacks: 10 olives & a sugar free fudge pop. tea 2 drink

ate wwaayy to much yesterday.... it was the 7th anniversary of the death of my dad,a nd i guess i let the get to me. have to try to get started on my norm today of eating less and more exercises if i want this last 21lbs gone b 4 Christmas. do have alot to do today. more jelly to make and my pears are getting ripe so, ill be fixing pear preserves soon.

not feeln to hot today. got very sick last night. throwing up and potty. and i was trying to through mike a suprize bday party.... anyways, not been walking or anything in about 4 days, just not feeling up to it. maybe by later today ill feel better. its 141pm

been another long day. not got to walk or exercise in lately & i feel it!! mad @ myself, i drank 2 diet dr. peppers today. got 2 b up early n morning to go help out with the yard sale. its almost 11p here. go n 2 bed shortly. night yall

have been busy busy busy all day. payed bills, bought household stuff, bought groceries. eat only 5 prunes for lunch. tried and its 2 am. only slept 1 1/2 hrs last night. looks like another long one. doctor is pleased with my weight lose. took me of 4 scripts. go n to try and sleep. post again later. oh i didnt do any of my exercizes or walkn today. was n town from 7:30 am til 10:45 pm. my booty is dragging.
