Hi all,
Just checking in. Just got back from the gym, cooking a turkey burger (90/10) and chicken noodle soup. I set myself on a 1500 cal diet and i have been coming in under that! Amazing.. but its happening. I've been leaving work ON TIME (something else amazing). Now comes the weekend, my first weekend on this diet. I already planned at the start to cheat on one of the weekend nights. So we'll see how that goes. I already know what i'm going to get. Hey, this is Sean's diet on Sean's terms. Ill get to where i need to be without sacrificing everything.. right?!?

I don't understand how the exercise tab is counting calories. And i dont see any goo explanation. Can someone help me. It looks like its starting at 2989 kcal and under that it says net -1556 kcal. What does that mean exactly?

Hi all. Well today is my first official day here. I started this journey last night at the gym. I walked, very briskly, for 55 minutes (approx 600 cal per treadmill). I am currently the heaviest i have ever been in my life. Here is my story...
Job & Relationship is what i blame on this weight gain. The job is overly stressing and when i get stressed and overwhelmed.. i fry chicken, lol. Its my goto comfort food! Yummm, fried chicken :-) My 3+ year relationship also has me in a rut. I am now (or was before yesterday) cooking big dinners every night so we'd have enough to eat for dinner and for me to bring to lunch the next day. I did not cook or eat like that before the relationship. Additionally, i have become lazy and a homebody all in an effort to keep the significant other happy. This has made me a couch potato and all i do when i get home is eat and sleep. Well, all of that changes today! I cant fit any of my clothes.. and I AM NOT buying a new wardrobe.
I hope that by being here, this will keep me motivated. Ive read many posts and i think im going to like being a part of this community.
