I am doing ok. I am bummed that this Thursday will have to be my last meeting at the community center in my area. After a lot of thought and trying to work out my time frame with all the stuff that the kids have to do I had to give up my Thursday meetings so that Henry could get VT in a diffrent town. So now I found 2 meetings that will work for me the main one is on Sat but there is another one on tuesday nights in the same town that Henry has OT every other week. I don't really like the Tuesday meetings mainly because I know that I tend to go off track on the weekend. So I am going to put my efforts into the Sat meetings.
I forgot to add that I am freezing veggies this year yesterday I did green beans from hubbys garden and this week I am making pickles with my sil and I am freezing tomatoes and freezing both whole tomatoes as well as making sauce, I have corn and zucchini...... I have a son who has ADHD and I have noticed that canned veggies and fruit cause him to act up so at our house every thing for the most part is fresh or frozen.
I also want to eat salty things today it must be because of those meds for my ears because ever since I started it I just crave salt and I am hungry all the time. I have been drinking a big glass of water and wait a half an hour before I eat something.

I weigh what I did at last meeting however my scale at home is usually higher then the one at the meeting so either I will lose or break even either way I am ok with it as bad as it suck not to lose not gaining is wonderful. I am following the diet really close but I have been feeling off and I went in to the Dr last night and well I have double ear infections so that sucks and it also sucks that the meds they have me take give me the munchies however I have not given in I am sraying on my point track. YAY me!! I am starting exercise tomarrow I need a nother day to get my balance under control.

I need to start exercising and I know that I would be losing if I did get more exercise. I can tell you the diet is going well but I get down when I step on the scale and it isn't moving down. I guess it isn't the scales fault when I havn't been exercising like I should. After daycare I will be going to a LONG walk and I would like to go by my self but we will have to see when Chad gets home from work.
