Happy with the weigh in today. Down 23 lbs in 4.5 weeks now. Been pushing really hard at the gym lately! Noticing a lot of growth in upper body! Hope everyone is having a fantastic week and enjoys the weekend!

Not the greatest loss but I suppose a loss is a loss! I have to push really hard this week to hit Fridays weight goal. Going to be a tough week but they all are and they get easier and easier every week. Hope everyone else is having a fantastic week!
On a positive note my daughter learned to clap for the first time last night! After being away on a lot of military training this is the first time I was actually there when she did something for the first time so it was a really special moment!

Shocked by the loss today! 4 days ahead of schedule on breaking my halfway point of 220lbs!!!!! Haven't seen a number under 220 in close to 8 years so you can imagine how exciting this is! Hope everyone has a FANTASTIC day!!!

Happy with the weigh in today. Always nice to have a positive drop after a weekend. Going to have to keep pushing hard this week to get down below 220 (halfway mark). I hope everyone is eating well and enjoying life!
A good quote from Joe Manganiello's book "Evolution" for everyone today:
"The moment you say 'I did it', is the moment the devil walks in the door".
A quick explanation of this is that reaching a goal is an amazing feeling and you should be proud of reaching your goal. But you should never settle. If you reach a goal you set a new goal and you continue to better yourself. Go to bed every night as a better version of yourself than the day before.
