Stopped for gas on my way to the gym (reluctantly hauling my butt there!) and this sign was above the pump...there is a time I would have been tempted but now it just looks like a headache to me. No wonder we struggle with weight and health issues.

I am trying so hard to be good after so many weeks/months of sabotaging my weight loss (I’ve gained back 15 pounds) we have moved twice and sent my oldest son on a 2 year church mission in the last few months and the stress has gotten the better of my eating/exercising routine.
I am struggling ...my mil made me an amazing dense chocolate cake with chocolate mousse, whipped cream and strawberries on top for my birthday (which is Saturday). If I eat one small piece I want another and another ugh I can not control dessert consumption! Don’t say “portion control” I’m not good at that with dessert and treats which is why I’m where I am and why keto worked well for me—all or nothing is kinda my groove. I did spend an hour at the gym today and Monday and I know fitting easily back into my jeans will feel better than any dessert tastes, it’s a tough choice in the moment.

I’m ashamed to post this...been avoiding it for weeks. I’m actually even down a few pounds from my highest. Maintenance is a beast and moving twice in the last 4 months hasn’t helped.
