Went to bed really late last night, well it was early morning 4.30 and of course up too late to go to the gym, hopefully will go tomorrow.
Been good on the diet and have'nt gone over my calorie allowance. Maybe will go for a walk later

Well so far today been excellent, woke up early but I think it was because I had too much sleep the day before. Felt so full of energy. Had Apple and Cinnamon Cereal for breakfast and done all my washing Hope I can stay good for the rest of the day

Been really good today, just had fruit, veggie curry and wholemeal pasta then my neighbour bought me over some noodle soup. Must increase my exercise tomorrow.

Had a great afternoon evening yesterday, but let myself down by having far too much wine. No alcohol for me this week.

Was quite good yesterday, but spolied everything by having a drink and then of course I got the munchies, nothing too bad but alcohol is just empty calories. Going out today with friends but tomorrow I am going to the gym, well that's the plan anyway. I must lose 2lbs this week because I have started a challenge with my Canadian friends and I want to be the winner for a change.
