Had a good workout last night. The trainer is pushing me harder and working on my endurance. Sometimes I feel like I am going to die or that my calves will explode, but alas, they haven't yet and the scale is moving steadily downward!! For the first time in a long time I actually don't mind walking by a mirror or having someone take a picture of me.
last weekend we went on another mini road trip...I made DECENT choices for the most part, but not perfect...but I am human and I think my knowing I can eat what I want is what has kept me going! I was up 2 pounds, but it was water weight, lost in 2 days along with 2 more pounds. I think my metabolism is finally back on track because losing has remained fairly steady ;) Eating healthy is getting easier too :) I actually look forward to planning meals...I know I can do this forever now. I won't have to "DIET" forever, because I have finally figured it out :) I may gain a few pounds in the future...but I have the tools to succeed now.
