Yesterday was a down day on JUDDD and I did Awesome. I ate only 244 calories for most of the day and didn't feel remotely hungry until around midnight when I had a 70 calorie cheese stick, for a grand total of 314! Non JUDDD people are probably going 'OMG how can you eat so little?!' and freaking out about health concerns, but I've said before it's a doctor developed diet that stimulates a gene that helps with fat burning, appetite control, and gives anti inflammatory benefits. So my appetite (most days) is curbed a Lot. For instance, this morning I made 4 scrambled eggs with a little bit of cheese for my son and I for breakfast. I gave him about half, and I could only finish half of my own eggs. I saved the rest in the fridge for lunch. :P Actually that surprised me, I love eggs but I just wasn't hungry. Before the diet, I would eat even if I were already sated. Not all days are like this, and some down days I fail and end up eating normally because I think it's important to listen to my body, but I love the good ones!
