Having a great week! Really have stayed focused on the basics of WW and weight loss. Stepped up my exercise with a Dance Aerobics class! Actually looking forward to weigh in Tuesday! Hope everyone is having a great weekend! ;)

I am my own worst enemy ...
And no your eyes are not deceiving you, my chart is going in the wrong direction! With that said I have been completely back on track since Monday. I do not want my actions to affect my weigh in again! My plan for the week ... exercise, eating within my points and water! Back to the basics baby! ;)

In dire need of words of encouragement! It is that TOTM and I have fallen off the wagon. All common sense has gone out the window. I REALLY need to get back on track before I do any serious damage. If I start this morning I should be ok by weigh in. Somebody ... I am bent over ... please kick me in the butt! :o

I was down 1lb last night! YAHOOOOO!!!!! Gonna shake up my work outs with Yoga 2x a week and Pilates once a week! My challenge for this week is to DRINK my WATER and EAT my Fruits & Veggies! Here is to a Kick Butt week Girls! ;)
