I increased my daily fat intake to over 200g and the weight started to come off again! I'll have to carefully watch my carb/protein levels as they were creeping up in the second week.

My internet connection was down for the first of the last two weeks. As a result, I had no way to update my food tracking website (Cronometer) and I found this to be very disruptive.
I did keep a note of what I had eaten but was shocked to see how I had overdone it on all of my macro nutrients for the week when I was eventually able to use the website again.
It took me all of week 2 just to lose the excess weight/water that I had gained so rapidly in week 1 and I was happy to just end up with no loss/gain at the end of the fortnight.
It's obvious to me that I will have to be very careful with my weight, probably for the rest of my life, as regaining the weight that I have lost is something that I want to avoid doing.

Finally, for the first time in many years, I've dropped below 200lbs and I've also dropped below 14 stone which has been a personal target of mine for a long time :)
I made changes to my levels of fat (primarily cheese and oil) and also lowered my protein levels during the last fortnight and had my biggest loss in months as a result. I don't know if the next fortnight will be as successful but I'm going to continue with the restriction on cheese and put coconut oil and protein back up.
LCHF FTW! :)

My weight loss seems to have slowed to 2lbs per fortnight recently but I have noticed a dramatic reduction in my size over the last 4-6 weeks. I had to buy new clothes...again:) LCHF rocks!

I had a 2-litre bottle of sugar-free lemonade yesterday and I think that is why I ate so much cheese/black olives towards the end of the day. I was eating quite obsessively. Lesson learned. No diet drinks in the future.
