I got up super early...made breakfast.... got hungry within the next 3 hrs... ate the wrong thing (a little), but still extra fat & calories that I do not need. Ready to eat again, probably due to boredom...I think that I might take a walk or ride (brought a bike) and get a salad for lunch... something that will feel me up....

I have been following my daily intake of 1800 calories per day and I have dropped 3 lbs already, this is good....,.

Stayed over friend's house last night. Woke-up very hungry. Had two pork tacos and a little re-fried beans. Add extra daily calories. Must watch my eating for the rest of the day. Also had a small amount of steak which added too much calories. Will watch the beef intake
