gonna wait till monday to return to atkins as i did my shopping for the week yesterday and already had a trukey sandwich for breakfast ...so...monday will be the day...gotta start somewhere..o.0

one thing i was a bit concerned and quite depressed over is that the docs office scale weighs me 20lbs more then my home scale..of course my appt wasnt till 4p and i had already eaten twice and drank lotsa fluids and also premenstral and wearing clothes..but none the less 2olbs is alot and im really disappointed...so like i said gonna go back to atkins way of living prolly after this menstral cycle which will be around the 1st of june...and then will have me a digital scale by then and start fresh...cuz now..in my mind this all has been false info...and i been fooling myself..:( but not gonna fret and tear up..just gonna grab the bull by the horns..and get it together best i can...if push comes to shove and i cant afford the digital scale right away..i will just follow atkins and keep posting my foods and things and just weigh in at the docs whenever i am there ...and, not worry about weighing in while im home....has anyone ever experienced such nonsense? or is it just me......grrrrrrrrrrrrr... eeek..zoiks and all that good shit...talk to me...peace dar...

after this week..am going back to atkins way of living its gonna be another 8 weeks before i can have the surgery done so immma go back to low carb and excercise when i can...lotsa fluids and see if i can get back on the weight loss train instead of just maintaning by counting cals...will start this monday next..peace and love dar...^_^

ok starting monday morning going to go back to being sure to eat lotsa salads and veggies and one good meal a day (something solid, meat..beef, pork, chicken, whatever) gonna get rid of breads and rice and pastas again...pizza too...and concentrate on lighter healthier meals...and lotsa water...god give me strength ^_^ hope all are having a nice weekend..hugs dar

still maintaining a weight of between 169-170 and thats w/ trying to keep my cals around 1500-1700...havnt been excercing as still been going thru health issues and by the looks of it i will be going thru this crap for sometime, pre-op appt was rescheduled for next wednesday, at which time i will find out what date the op will actually take place..o.0 and then will have a 6-8 week healing process and then kidney op...im so anxious i feel nauseated all the time as late, wishes this crap was over with...docs seem to take forever to get ya in to do stuff...anticipation is KILLIN ME!!!
