Sooo..this is day two without weighing in. And I'm going through withdraw. Wasn't home yesterday and was dressed and heading out the door before I remembered i needed to. -___- Tomorrow I'm weighing in. Trying to re-program my body to sleep longer than 4hrs before waking up too. Ugh. Woke up at 1:30 in the morning and had problems going back to bed. Eventually did. :)Hubby's home now and just going to keep pushing forward and getting that scale to drop some. Not sure if I'll see a loss on the scale come monday...but it was a good weekend. :) And I've been fairly good calorie wise, and haven't gone overboard on anything but maybe the drinks I had friday night. lol. It was my birthday girls night out, so very worth it. :) With luck all the water I drank yesterday and today will help get the toxins out and the scale number will stay steady.
I'll get back to yall monday morning....and still haven't found my car keys. -__-

1.5lbs down. :3 8.5lbs total loss from last friday. :D Dropped from a 26 to 24 in pants. 3/6 pairs of the 24's i have now fit. And all the 26's are loose/baggy looking. And all I've done to lose it was be more conscious of my food intake. Counting out roughly 300-400 calories for a meal, 100-150 cal snacks. And just making healthier choices all around. My birthday was this week. But instead of going overboard and over eating, i had a small bowl of celebration that I felt happy about afterwards and enjoyed it more because I felt happy with my self control. I did have pizza this week too. But again 1-2 slices, and done. Not eating 1/2 a large pizza and an order of cheese sticks at a time. Loads of water and tea this week too. :) And some dancing around the house with the kids, or by myself at night. The kids are getting pretty good at the cha-cha slide. let me tell you. lol. Clapping, jumping stomping, what's not for a kid to love. They're still working on their right and left slides though. :P Oh also just watching two 3yr olds the past week and keeping the house clean after them. O.O up down, turn around, change a butt, down to the floor so I can talk to them at their level about being nice, not showering cats, not cooking cats, no hitting, sharing, being sweet. Separate rooms. Pick up the toys, laundry. laundry. laundry. dishes dishes dishes. cooking. snack. cooking. lol never ending.

Plans for the day:

Breakfast was, coffee, a single biscuit, and 4 baby turkey sausage links. All in all about 450ish in calories a little high for a meal for me. But I'm planning a small peach for my mid morning snack and things should balance out later in the day. I might do soup for lunch and salad. A small protein shake that's 110 in calories. Greek yogurt with mixed berries. Dinner: no idea. Going out with a friend tonight for drinks. :) Both of our birthdays was this week!! For 2 whole days we're the same age, then she becomes a year older than me. lol. So tonight is a kids free night, with dinner and drinks and girl time. haha. I did go to the salon yesterday, but going back again today. Just wasn't happy with my haircut once i got home...so going to have more taken off and shaped a little differently at the bottom, more angled and lest straight. And then it'll be styled awesome for tonight as well. :D Expecting a gain on the scale tomorrow, so we'll see. :P lol. My husband gets back tomorrow night as well, and he has No idea i cut my hair...and that i've gone shorter. O.O hehehe.

Even today. No loss, but no gain. So hopefully I see the scale moving on down tomorrow. lol. Lets hope. :P Breakfast was was buttered cinnamon raisin toast with coffee, and a protien shake. Meant to have some fruit too, but my keys went missing and I had to look for them. still haven't yet. Got my hair cut today. Thinking about going back and having another inch taken off the bottom....which will me my hair will not be touching my shoulder. O.O Gone from long to short in a few months. lol. and loving it. So much lighter and the movement. :) And the Volume! lol. I had a pot pie for lunch, and no mid morning snack because of my hair appointment. I did have a tyson dino nugget though. So probably around 900-1000 calories for the day so far. Still have to plan dinner and another snack. dinner will be about 300 cals. and a snack that's about 150-200 cals. So I'll be around 1500ish cals for the day. Thinking chicken for dinner. And salad. And a little sharp cheddar cheese. Sounds like a good plan for me. lol. Snack will probably be greek yogurt and fruit. And I'll break it down into two servings. It's like a cup of yogurt plus 1/2 cup of berries...and it's a little much at one time for me. lol. On my second drink bottle of water, decided to mix it up with a little lemonade packet. and I'll probably have some hot tea later. Been drinking this immune system supportive tea because I've been having some allergy issues. Really mild, but just wanting to feel the best I can. :) That's if for now. Better check on the kids now...they're quiet... but yeah. lol.

up 1/2 pound today. But kinda expected it. Pizza for dinner last night, but I stuck with portions and didn't over-indulge. I think a bigger part of losing weight for me is just not over-indulging when the temptation is there. We ended up having an emergency situation yesterday. I was out at target with a friend of mine and her 4yr old's mouth suddenly started swelling up, and her face started swelling too. Went from looking like maybe she had been bitting on her lip, to very severe in about 10mins. So I dropped them off at the emergency room and took her other little girl home with me, I needed something quick, and that would let me play with the kids and keep their mind of the other little one. So delivery pizza it was from papa johns. We had thin crust pepperoni pizza. It was delicious. And we have enough left over for Me and the 3yr olds I have today to all have a slice for lunch along with some veggies and probably a mix of strawberry and peach slices. Going to get in plenty of water and tea today and hopefully flush any extra salt out of my system. going from 298 to 291 in 5 days is kinda awesome. The pair of pants I got the week before are already starting to feel loose. When the fitted when I got them. O.O Crazy. lol.
