Starting to shed the water weight after a freekin week. ugh. still not back to my lowest weight, but better than a couple of days ago. ;) Not much planned for the day. Going to try and get a workout in, housework (it never ends, still cleaning crayon off the walls from last week ugh), Got to see Magic Mike last night. ;) lol I enjoyed it. It was raining heavily yesterday afternoon so we thought the fireworks would be canceled, but it must have cleared up in time. But we had already made alternate plans and had 1 out of 3 kids asleep before we left for the movie. Didn't buy anything from the snack stand going in either. And my good friend helped me stay on track with dinner last night and not go overboard. Hopefully tomorrow brings a better scale number, have a good one my friends. :) And type at you tomorrow. ^.^

Annd journalling again today. I haven't been home the last two days or I would have. Life has been freeking crazy lately. ugh. My child is really trying to drive me over the deep end too. Love her soooo much but I just feel like pulling my hair out in tuffs lately. My kitchen is fixing to be gated off from the rest of the house to keep small little children from dumping my coffee creamer over their cereal. >.< still mad about it. And the milk fiasco yesterday. Just so so mad. On top of that this was a bad TOM this time around. ugh. Nausea,cramps that make you curl into a ball, headache, achy body, tired, tender boobs, arrrgh. I hate TOM. reeeeally Hate it. Oh and bloating/water retention. >.< I wanted to weighin today, but I forgot. :( So now I'm planning to jump on the scale tomorrow. :) I don't feel as puffy as I have been the last several days, so hoping the scale shows me something good. Have a Happy 4th everyone. :)

Soooo. still 1/2 pound up from friday morning. But figured I'd weighin. Ups and downs are part of it. you have one night of alcohol or high sodium and you'll see the result for 2-3 days until it all flushes out of your system. Just have to keep plodding forward knowing that the numbers will keep going down. :) Found a couple of 5min workouts and have them on my phone now. Abs, arms, legs, and cardio. going to try and do them during the day tomorrow while I have the kids. Oh and incident of the day...a big bottle of elmer's glue was taken from my desk area...then opened and i found a trail from my desk to the tv in the living room. One little wooden rocking chair was covered and my exercise ball as well. -______- Most of it was easy to clean...except the exercise ball I'm hoping when it dries i'll be able to just peel it off. :/ other wise it'll be a stiff bristled brush and elbow grease. That's it for the day.
