Well, I managed to shave off .5 pound. I will personally kill the person who invented Oreos when this is over.

1st day of the "no sweets" challenge. I took the MnM's out of my drawer at work and put them in someone elses drawer. Hope it works. I also stapled the bag shut. Now if I just had some duct tape.......

I barely could squeeze a half pound off the scales this morning. I need to stay away from the snacks in the evening!!!! Not good!!!

They were right about this being a jump start if you are in a plateau. I lost 2 pounds this week by cutting out desserts, flour, and dairy. By eating nuts and seeds, certain vegetables and drinking soy milk I still get the protein I need. I may have to keep this up a little longer! Everyone should try this.

Nothing lost or gained this week. I think my idea of portions is different from the real thing, mine are probably bigger. Therefore, I THINK I'm doing ok when in reality I'm eating more than I'm showing in the journal I'm keeping. If I'd get REAL about it I'd see some weight loss. So there.
