Week 5 Day 3 (Pure cardio)
I FINALLY BROKE MY 183 JESUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You guys have no idea how friggin happy I am right now. I just knew I was never going to see anything other than friggin number for the rest of my life.
I have been working so hard and plus its my TOM and I just knew it was going to say something bigger but it said 181.1 I was like are you serious right now, so I ran to the other room and pulled out the old scale which had be even less. I have been at 181-182 for a few days but I wanted to give it a good three days because it could be a fluke.
Anyway, I woke up late and could not do plyo so I pulled out the Pure Cardio...40 minutes and done. I love it.
Oh and I am SORE today. For the first time in a long time. I could not believe it. I think this second phase is going to push me for real. I think I have been easy on myself and not really hitting it hard, that damn Shoulders Triceps and chest was KILLER. I love it. I think this is going to be a good month.

Week 4 Day 7 (Pure Cardio)
SO.......I'M ENGAGED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AHHHHHHHHH
I can not believe it. So I am super motivated and so happy. I am still spiking once a week but no extra cheating through the week. I am going to stop carbs at 100 or less, more less....
The ring is amazing yall, i can not friggin believe it. So I am going to do my workout because I missed it yesterday. I went out on Thursday and was not trying to get up. I also go on the scale again and it was under my last weigh in... I am going to wait one more day before I clock anything, but now I am nervous since I am spiking today. Maybe by the end of next week I can finally weigh in under friggin 183....
I am getting MARRIED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Week 4 day 5 (Core Syn)
So, today was an off day, hopefully I can end it right. I am going to end up going over my carbs, but under my calories...
It was the french fries that did it. DAMN DAMN DAMN!!!!
Well, I a brighter note I did hop on the scale and saw the was below friggin 183....I am guessing that should have kept me under 100 carbs but it didn't. I am still not going to weigh in because it could be a fluke.
I do feel good. I am thinking at least I ate the fries this afternoon, which could be better than 2 am.

Week 4 day 4 ( Pure cardio)
Well, this has been an interesting recovery week. I have pretty much stayed away from the weight and just did some semi light cardio.
The whole low-ER carbs are as they say going. I am going to try and stick to 100g today. So far so good but buts only 3pm......we well see.
Working on these thunder thighs.... I need them to go away...man...

Week 4 Day 3 ( Hip Hop Abs Cardio Party)
Sooo I went way off the carb thing today. I had a cupcake, but it was soooooooo good.
I did not some hip hops abs and that was pretty fun. I miss my weight training is that crazy. I will be back on the low-ER carbs tomorrow.
On Wednesday, I have two shows and the people drive me crazy....a cupcake was needed.
