No change this week, which is actually great. I haven't eaten well, been feeling 👎🏼 but I at least started some VERY light exercise this week. Trying to take baby steps in the right direction and not gaining is definitely in the right direction 😂

One of the yummiest, most filling breakfasts around. Muesli with yogurt and blueberries and a sneaky spoon of peanut butter for extra protein.😉 Plus some french vanilla coffee ..... Mmmm... I'm ready for breakfast. 462cals Good till lunch!

Been working on my why again. I gained about 5kgs in the last 5 months from not moving my body enough (lots of sicknesses) and giving myself a break from 'eating properly.' I didn't go nuts, I just ate things I know my body doesn't love. It's time to get back on the right track. I'm not here for diet culture, I'm here to regulate myself back to the normal me. Honestly, even though I out on 5kgs, im not too stressed. I've been working through some personal things and I needed the break from watching my food intake. But I'm ready to get back to business!
