Its been a busy day today. I've managed to drink a little more water today than yesterday. Earlier this evening I had the craziest of cravings I ate a teaspoon of peanut butter followed by one of marmalade followed by a teaspoon of hummus. I'm totally confused by it but at least it was only a teaspoon of each it could have been a lot worse. If I didn't know better I'd think I was pregnant.

got some well needed excercise today a bit of a walk which was good but now I feel really stiff and knackered and my foot is agony ouch.
Next week Istart back swimming which will be great.

Well my weight record does not look good thanks to recording it incorrectly on the 4 th July it should have said 262 Lbs I have actually lost 4lbs I wish you could delete a weigh in without mucking up the rest of it. Never mind my eating has settled back into a pattern now 3 meals a day lots of water and hardly any snacks.
I had a dream last night that Bread is the food of the Devil and that I should never touch it.

Wow another day had a good 3 meals yesterday and a walk to the local shop. excercise has to increase so I set up the swim a mile a week challenge anybody reading this please join it. I have drunk more water this week as well, so I'm on target yay
