Well, obviously I did not put into practice what I had learned at Jenny Craig. And now that I am fessing up...it is time to man up and get back in the saddle and hold myself accountable once more. I know that if I follow what I learned, that portion control, journaling, drinking plenty of water, and following, and sticking to a planned exercise program and of course eating lots of fruits, salads, and vegetables....that there is absolutely NO WAY that I won't reach my new goal for 2015 of dropping 15 lbs by spring and signing back up for some road races, and maybe another sprint or maybe even an Olympic triathlon. The truth is that I miss that lean and fit condition I was in. The divorce is over and almost out of sight now...it is time to take control of my life once again. Thank you Lord!

Tomorrow starts a new year for us all! That "second chance" to try again and reach the goals that we will set for ourselves for self improvement in many areas of our lives. I am looking forward to 2014, and reaching my goal weight range again and living a healthy lifestyle. Best wishes to all in reaching your goals too!

Today is a good day to really make this happen. I drove past the empty space that used to be my Jenny Craig Center and thought of the many great people I had the opportunity to meet there. My Consultant's were amazing people, especially Cortney Boes. She guided me on a weight loss journey of 40 lbs, and what a journey it was! WOW!!! I have gained 16 lbs back. It is time to lose that weight again. I can do this because JC showed me how . I will try the new JC via telephone and online...not sure I will like it though. Have the fun was seeing visiting the consultants (in person) and other customers. What fun we had :) Oh well...nothing stays the same. I will do this in memory of the summer of 2010. Here we go!!!

The divorce is over. I have gained 9 lbs in 4 weeks, and have not been excercising daily as I was while maintaining my weight in the 170 - 173 range. I have also been eating lunch out daily. This is a recipe for putting on the pounds as I am currently doing. It is definitly time to pick it back up and follow all of the great living ideas I learned while at JC and drop this weight and feel good again. REMEMBER THAT NOTHING TASTES AS GOOD AS SKINNY FEELS!!!
