Well I finally hit my goal weight! It took a bit longer than I had expected. But I just realized that this Corona virus was getting the best of me and most of the people that I used to work out with too. So I realized that if it was going to be...it was up to me! (I know that sounds corny!!! Lol) But it was exactly what pumped up my motivation! I realized that NORMAL might be a long way off....so I immediately dropped sugar (mostly) and began eating lunch at the Better Health Food store. The food was good and the watermelon was better :) I am almost 64 now and want to retire in good shape and good health, so I can enjoy my retirement. I want to run, bike, swim and hike and canoe. So I have to stay in shape now! And I do feel much better and look much slimmer too. So here is to all of you also. My Jenny Craig consultant flipped my switch to "On" the day she said, "Just do it". I'm not sure where Courtney is now....but I am very glad she said that!
