I didn't eat after 5pm yesterday and added lots more water and exercise and so I was given a gift of 700 gram weight loss! yay!

I think I need to add more water to more diet and definitely a salad or two. I see my mistakes this week. Taking care of that today!

I got up at 7am. Prepared to go to the gym or at least that was the plan last night. Once I got up though, everything started aching. I told myself that I had to shake it off and the only way to do that was by getting out to the gym. So did 2 miles on the treadmill and a few weights now I am back home just finishing a bowl of raisin bran. Feeling good!If you've noticed, I just cannot give up peanut butter of any sort! Whether it is the natural kind on a wheat tortilla or a cookie it has become a part of my diet for a while. I guess it is something my body is not only craving but lacking?

I just celebrated my 50th birthday yesterday! I did not use this as an excuse to eat though. I watched what I eat with the exception of half a cupcake and one peanut butter cookie. I still worked out at the gym and walked 1.5 in the morning too. I am trying to keep healthy! It is scary to think that gaining weight is easy so I have to be aware of everything I eat.
Anyway, not a bad couple of days despite a big birthday!
