I have been sitting on my butt studying for an exam--still studying. I got on the scale and I about fainted. I was over 200 lbs. It freaked me out so bad, I immediately decided to do something. I bought the "Women's Health Magazine Book of Exercies" for the Kindle and started reading. I got an idea on what to cut out. The bag or should I say bags of M&Ms --gone!. Doughnuts --gone! I eventually came upon Atkins. This is working for me because already I am starting to feel better, Cutting out the junk food has eliminated my crashes and this feeling of being exhausted.

Anyways, I have lost 9 lbs so far and I feel more energy and my pants don't feel like sausage casing. In fact, they are starting to get a little baggy.

It's all good, and I hope what I am learning becomes a permanent lifestyle change.
