So, I was planning to wear a pair of Khaki colored pants to work today, that I have not worn in awhile. That plan was cancelled when I discovered that they did not fit :(. I guess all the procrastination has to finally come to an end. I have been eating well this week, but the weekend prior was deplorable. A weekend spent up north with no exercise and eating lots of delicious but fatty foods (homemade donuts) is not a good thing. Time to start recording everyhting, so I can see what I am acutally eating and hold myself accountable for it.

After the fabulous run yesterday, I destroy all my hard work because I had to eat a piece of delicious cheese cake with raspberries on top. It was great, but I am not sure if it was worth it.

I have done terrible for the past 2 weeks :o( I decided that I am going to have start over and use my little will power that I have to accomplish my goals. I succeeded yesterday and ate well. Today I have been having cravings for items that I know I should not eat; so far, I have been good.
