Well made it through Halloween with eating only a mini baby ruth. :) Haven't had a baby ruth since last halloween. So now it's on to Thanksgiving. I will be looking at the WW site for Core ways to do turkey day. My goal for November is do follow Leslie Sansone's walk diet, which is just doing a different walk everyday, with one day off. This morning I did the 3 mile weight loss. Tomorrow will be an outdoor walk with my girlfriend.

I went up .6 this week. Not going to stress over that. I know I'm doing good eating wise and have been working out. I will have a better weigh in next week!!!

Had a good weigh in today, lost 2.2 lbs for the week. Not bad for the first week of the Core plan!! One of my dogs has been sick so that's why I've not been around. The vet gave me a special food and some meds for him for the next 5 days.
Got in an hour walk this morning and have my workouts scheduled for the rest of the week. I'm determined to make my Christmas goal and it's time to kick it up a notch!!

Not feeling well so I'm not going to my WW meeting/WI today. I'm taking a freebie week, so to speak. Today I am starting the Core plan though. I read up on it and want to give it a go to see if it'll help me with eating better. On flex I think I'm eating to much not really junky food, but could make better choices even though I'm staying within my points. Core is more on fruits, veggies, lean meats and protiens and lower fat content. I figure I have nothing to lose, except some weight. :) I will catch up with my buddies and everyone later. I'm going to go relax, put the heating pad back on my belly and watch the movies I got from the library. I hope everyone is doing well!!! *hugs*

I went up a pound, but know why, ttotm. @@
This weekend I made a workout plan for the rest of the month and I think it'll really work to kick things up a notch! This yoyoing isn't going to deter me from doing this!! I know once I break 240, it's going to start coming off good!! :) My clothes are fitting looser, but I want the scale to show something too!! Oh how I really dislike that metal monster!! lol.
