My new favourite breakfast, Mango smoothie 55g of protein and for lunch today bunless double cheese and egg burger 49g of protein😋.

446 calorie lunch, not your usual Sunday lunch but I am so over eggs & meat to up my protein, so made this apple, gooseberry and protein power dip (yoghurt, cottage cheese, protein powder, chia seeds & peanut butter) 51g protein & absolutely delicious😋

Day 7, Smoothie bowl, chocolate vegan protein powder, figs, baby spinach, Greek yoghurt & chia seeds for breakfast, Macadamia Nut Butter for am snack, Boiled egg, ham, cheese, biltong & tomatoes for lunch, Wasabi peanuts for pm snack, Vanilla Vegan protein shake with pomegranate and chia seeds for dinner. Went to the doctor today to have my hormones tested. Will see what the results are Monday.
