I was bummed this morning. They cancelled Zumba class because the instructor was stuck in traffic. WHAT! I'm ok with starting class late!!! Anyway I went to guts and glutes class at noon. When we were doing squats the instructor said ok, now I want you to go down as far as you can, then push your knees out. At that point I fell on my behind. We all had a nice laugh. You know everyone was thinking to themselves, don't let me fall. HA! I always had trouble with squats and this proved it. They are having a Move it Bahrain event here for 7 weeks. You count your working out time, each week another set number of minutes, for a team of three. Me and 2 class mate buddies are signing and they nominated me as Captain of the team. They report there progress to me and I have to report to the director. We will be eligible for prizes if we get our time in on time. That sounds funny. Hey, I am doing the 12 challenge this just coincides with it and makes me accountable. YIKES!
