I've been working out since jan 4th. I started at 180 and have lost 6 pounds since. I have been taking a zumba class once a week for 1 hour. I follw up with 30 min or more cardio or weighs. I work out 3 days at least monday, friday, and saturday. If my husband is home from out of dtate work than he babysits my daughter on sunday and I have an extra day to work out. If its nice out in the evening I try to walk 30- 60min walking in my neighborhood. I have many steep hills so its a good workout. When I work I bring leine cuisines and maybe once a mth I have sushi with my manager. At home all I have is pudding for a sweet tooth to kill my cravings. Yes people I am heavy but before my baby I weighed 166 which is still not great. I did however weigh 158 2 1/2 years ago and felt great.
