Ok so its been a couple months and a lot has changed. I was doing really good the beginnig of the summer. In September went to Oktoberfest in Germany and lets just say it wasn't pretty when I got back. Massive ammonts of beer and lots of food. I gained 7 pounds in one week. It took me several months to lose that weight. Now I am struggling. I still have 5 pounds of that to lose and a total of 13 pounds left to get back to my goal weight. My pants are tight I have a stomach. I feel like I did just after I had my daughter. I have no excuse but eating unhealhty foods. I have to workout more. I need to lose this baby weight before I have another baby. Oh and it doesn't help that I just walked into the lunch room at work and had some chocolate coffee cake. Fresh start right now!

ok Im back and going to be serious about keeping up with tracking how much food I consume and eating healthier. I was feeling good up until this past weekend. Less than 2 weeks and I'll be 30 so I need to get going and drop 12 pounds to rech my goal weight.
