Skipped breakfast so I could go out and have a good lunch. Cannot believe how many calories the Fish Taco salad from Moxie Grill is. Unbloody believable! 950 calories! Wooot!!!???!!!
People say "there is no reason why you can't eat healthy when you go out" are they kidding me? 950 calories can be one entire day's allowance which I ate in only 1 meal. That too, did not fill me up but oh well!
I have another engagement tomorrow which will include eating. And, that's my last eat out for 30 - 90 days depending how fast I lose the weight.
Goal is to get down to 110 pounds or wear size small blouse, whichever comes first.
Workout today was great! Only 26 minutes but it kicked ma b'hind!!! Love it when I sweat!

Oouuu tired!!!! I love the workout I did today with Ilaria. Always enjoy her kickboxing. Eating was also better even though I had some semi-sweet chocolate chips. Hopefully by the end of this week the carbs will be brought down to less than 20g.
I noticed today that I was not really hungry. I ate but was not hungry. They say this is not good, because leptin is not doing its job. Then again, maybe I was not hungry because leptin is doing its job, considering I ate every 3 hours or so.
Going to Moxie's Grill tomorrow for lunch. Have to stick with steak and veges!
Blood sugar after meal was 7.1 mmol. That's good.

August 17/15 weight was 141.6. That's the weight I added (rounded up) on August 21/15 when I joined. This morning, weight was 139. I lost 2.6 pounds in 1 week.
I have to raise the bar and intensity of my workouts. I am somehow hesitating to jump higher or move faster. Is it because the heart rate monitor goes over 100 and I prefer to stay in the range of 75 -85% or is my mind not cooperating with me?
Today, too many carbs. I need to reduce that too, to under 50g. Who knew beets had so many carbs?! It was really beet juice, freshly squeezed that I used as a base for my protein shake but ... just in case it is that high, I need to cut it down or stop eating/drinking beets!
Today's workout was 20 minutes in the morning but it was intense (despite moderate effort from me). I like Scott Herman workouts.
Exercise after dinner with Shaun T. It was fun! 30 minutes of sweat! I loved it!
