August 17/15 weight was 141.6. That's the weight I added (rounded up) on August 21/15 when I joined. This morning, weight was 139. I lost 2.6 pounds in 1 week.

I have to raise the bar and intensity of my workouts. I am somehow hesitating to jump higher or move faster. Is it because the heart rate monitor goes over 100 and I prefer to stay in the range of 75 -85% or is my mind not cooperating with me?

Today, too many carbs. I need to reduce that too, to under 50g. Who knew beets had so many carbs?! It was really beet juice, freshly squeezed that I used as a base for my protein shake but ... just in case it is that high, I need to cut it down or stop eating/drinking beets!

Today's workout was 20 minutes in the morning but it was intense (despite moderate effort from me). I like Scott Herman workouts.

Exercise after dinner with Shaun T. It was fun! 30 minutes of sweat! I loved it!
