Trying a new snack for between meals. 8 G proteins and the best part is it is non gmo and gluten free. That’s a plus, not because I am allergic to gluten (I am not) but because I found something that tastes great to recommend to my friends that are gluten sensitive. The non gmo part just means that the nutritional information is accurate and not a Monsanto lie. That’s the real plus in this food. Kind breakfast protein bars with the flavor of peanut butter banana and dark chocolate. This is one really good snack bar.

Well, went to the doctor yesterday and found out I weighed more than what I had stated. I amended my starting weight and put in the weigh in from yesterday morning. Seems I gained a few pounds. However, I was not fully engaged when I did that first weigh in. So I am certain that I will be bringing that down instead of up. All I need now are healthy high protein snacks and we will see that weight coming down again. I will also be adding in the rest of the Transform 90 program next week so I will have the full program in full swing. I want to weigh in at or below the weight I did at the end of that program. Will have to find the pics to show what I looked like then.

Not feeling good. Sinuses are clogged up and I am having trouble breathing. Coughing a lot too. Not changing my diet routine though. I intend to be lighter by the time of the wedding.
