Quick Question :
What percentages carbs, fats, Protein should be eaten daily ; which is considered healthy .
I just want to make sure I eat healthy meals every time !

Day 1 : Beginnings ...
Like always day 1 is a good day! I sticked to healthy choices and I actually am very lucky as I do love salads and healthy food! I also realized that I have my breakfast way to early! Last few months I am starving at 4:30pm and then I can not control myself! I literally eat EVERYTHING!!! So today I had a pre - breakfast and had my proper breakfast much later ! and what a difference! Yay!!
I find this app very helpful as I HAVE to write down what I eat all the time ... in the past I had a little bag with pens paper and little diary but my life seemed to get so busy that I do not have the time to sit and write (something I loved to do ) and if I don’t record what I eat I go off the wall! I am happy I found this app!
Day One : Succes👍

2016 I started with a whopping 130.4kg... I have lost 50kg but slowly gained 30kg again. I am sooo upset that this happened but once again I realize that I am human and that I lOVE food! Also I lost it with weight watchers and now that they not here anymore I really am battling.
I am trying to loose this weight by myself and I am no struggling almost for a year. I am always thinking that tomorrow I will start ! But this tomorrow does not come! I am so over this and I am putting my food down.
this is the beginning of a new journey .... the journey of how I can be disciplined enough to do this on my own. Well probably not on my own but I am going to face the truth and conquer my demons!!!
Let’s do this!!!
