Going to try to do 5 men's push ups by the end of week 5. I can't do any right now so if I do any at all it will be better then what I have been doing.

Didn't do to great this week. Had ice cream, and a few breakfasts at Hardee's Hope to do better this week. Hope to see a loss next week. On vacation this week so maybe I can work harder at the gym and do some cleaning around the house.

Started Curves Smart today. It was harder then I thought it would be. I got a very good workout. Now to go back tomorrow and do it all again. I am glad I started the Curves Smart cause it will make me work even harder.

Have to work on my coordination. Can't seem to get my feet and arms to work together. LOL I try to walk in place and do the ban exercises but, they don't want to work together like they should.

Wow didn't realize that the Hardee's country breakfast had so many cals. I had the sausage one but could only find the bacon one to put on my diet calender. Guess I won't be eating much of anything else today.
