Diet still going well. I was on vacation this week so didn't get all my walking in. Also ate more then I should of on some days. Usually extra nuts or fruit. Or a fudge ice cream bar. (which is allowed as a replacement of one of the snacks) I ate it as an extra snack this week.
I went to Curves 4 times this week and also used my health rider several times this week. I also walked up and down my 14 steps leading to the top of the garage 5 time each time. Did that 3 days last week.
Got some new shoes at Wal-mart but they hurt my feet will have to find some other shoes. Will probably go to the Shoe Store and get some New Balance again. They seem to work best for me.

Doing great on my Curves Complete diet program. I've been losing an average of 2 lbs a week. I tried on my husbands size 36 pants today and was able to fit into them. Which I think is a size 16 in womens.
Last night we had a meeting at Curves and everyone got to break a board with their hands. I tried twice with my right hand and couldn't do it. Then I decided to try with my left hand and did it.
I also did the Curves Circuit workout today. I was increased by 6 and ended up getting all green on my computer body. Which is great. Those on the curves smart know what I'm talking about. Normally when it increases me I do bad and get a bunch of yellows on my body. And get decreased the next workout. The increase shows that I am getting stronger. So have to pat myself on the back for doing so good today.

Doing good on my Curves diet. I did have to change some of the Frozen Dinners cause we didn't carry them in our store. I didn't exercise as much as I had in the past weeks. Going to try to workout more again this week. Going to try and cook some of me foods ahead of time this week.
