Last night was a nightmare. All I wanted was bread, potatoes or rice. I was absolutely starving and had a pounding headache. I totally snapped at my roommate (who told me that South Beach would be easy.)
At any rate, we ordered in last night--Thai, without rice, of course.
I don't see any major difference yet...however, I haven't gotten on the scale. I need to make sure that I don't have ridiculous expectations, that it's going to take a while.
I always wonder how those people on the World's Biggest Loser lose so much weight each week...how on earth does that happen?

I believe that I hate the people who bring cookies into work. Why on earth would anyone be that cruel. LOL
At any rate, I am on my first full day of South Beach and it isn't that bad. However, the place down the block that makes the really good salad was closed today; I had to buy salad stuff at Balducci's, which wasn't as expensive as I thought it would be.
Going to head to the gym after work.
