cheese filled egg omelette

Day 4 of 6 day challenge.
Morning 6 almonds for breakfast
1 boiled egg at 11:00 hrs as snack
3 Egg Omelette with a cheese slice snuggled between the omelette as lunch
1 Lime juice at 17:00 hrs
and
Mayonnaise, jalapeno cheese with two omelette as dinner
around 3.5 ltr of water
28 Pushups and 291x3 stairs climbing
Yes Another two days of High fat high protein low carb diet and sunday going to be a fasting day (20 hours during day and 1 hour eating time with whatever i want to and sleep) before changing the diet to High carb moderate protein and low fat diet.

Todays Carb intake is just 10.56g. Yes achieved the minimal carb challenge of the day.

Day 3 of 6 days challenge
Morning 6 almonds as breakfast
Afternoon 4 eggs as omelette for lunch
about 3x750ml and 5x500ml water
300 stairs climbing and coming down
about a Kms walk.
28 Pushups
20 Squats (without weight)
Pending Dinner (4 eggs omelette) and another kms walk
