I was seriously stressed last night. What a great excuse to...wait for it...Work out!! Really felt better after I got rid of that nervous energy. Plus I found out that I made the playoffs in my fantasy football league, when I thought I didn't!! Good week so far.

Down another pound. The needle is hovering around 271. Two Caveats: 1) Unofficial until Monday. 2) Holiday party this weekend.

I record weight-ins on Mondays, but I monitor every few days. Down 2 lbs this morning. And last night/this morning was the first since I started 10 days ago that I have not felt overly hungry...Even after working out last night.

I took my wife out for her birthday last night and the Patriots were on Monday Night Football. Through will power during the day, I kept my intake around 2,000 cals. But I did not work out. Looking to work out tonight though.

I didn't really want to enter Saturday's dinner and snacks. I had some guys over to watch college football and ate a good amount of junk. Thank God for Weight Watchers Flex Points and cheat days. It wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be, but I did cheat a fair amount. I will certainly pay more attention going forward. Especially with a Christmas party coming up next weekend and if we decide to travel for the college bowl game on New Years.
