got up at 830a.m. done my crunches & leg lifts, ate, got a shower & went to church. feeling pretty good, just my lower back hurting a little. home now its 1p.m., fixn to eat lunch, then wash up dishes, and make my guys chicken and dumpling with garlic cheese biscuits for supper. church at 6pm. gona try to eat b 4 i go. depends on if im hungry or not. walking out again today due to rain. crunches and leg lifts again 2nite. went up to 20 reps each last night.

slept good finally!!! done 20 crunches this a.m. & 20 leg lifts. had planned on walking 2 miles today, but its pour rain. guess ill do it tomorrow. i am go to do my leg lifts & crunches again tonight, 20 each. leg lifts with my weights on. washed 4 loads of clothes, dried folded & put up. done dishes,swept, dusted, boiled out some muscadines for jelly. fixing to go make homemade kosher dill pickles, then x to cook supper. making homemade chili for my guys with grilled chesses. if rain stops, i will walk that 2 miles!!! LAM= laughing at myself. :))

i done 15 crunches & 15 leg lifts this a.m.going walking now. plan to walk 1-1/4 mile with my ankle weights. plan to do 15 more of each crunches & legs lifts, but do the leg lifts with my weights. i am feeling good just sore.
