Ate good today, need to enter. Lot has happened since last journal entry. Room mate I was ranting about, died Sat. night. Think it was drug and alcohol, waiting for toxicology report. He had just turned 58 in Feb. I am going to start a partial program to change some meds around. I am grateful today for so many things. I have a awesome therapist helping to believe that I deserve to be happy. I will keep you all updated and hope you all stay positive. Thank you FS friends and buddies. Have a good week and call that person you thought about calling.

9 days no food journal, unhealthy eating. STRESS LEVEL at 100++. Yelling and screaming at a alcoholic room mate. Therapy on Friday if not locked up before. I am working with a case manager also about housing, to get out of this zoo. Six cats that I will miss, boyfriend and room mates not. This is bf computer, just got Ipad from friend who his dad just passed. Sorry for the rant, might be mia for a while. Lost for thought probably from all the crap consumed in last few days. Something positive- started driving again in Feb. after not driving for about six yrs, even drove in snow today. I will get refocused. Going to read bible and pray. Bible study tomorrow, something else positive. I must stop reacting to others behavior. Stay positive on your journey.

New week:) Have a hour exercise class on Wed. mostly stretching, hand weights and balance. I think I'm going to weigh twice a week, to be accountable. Release and refocus. Have a good day.
