So after my outburst, I haven't done too bad this weekend!
I ate pretty well and worked out both days so I feel a bit better about myself today.
I'm keeping on keeping on!

So it's the week before that time of the month and I am starving 24/7! This is the time when I eat more than normal and usually eat a bunch of chocolate. SO...right now, I am NOT going to eat the chocolate but I have already gone over my calories yesterday and today. I'm not proud of myself but I'm not mad either. My RDI on here says I should eat 2000 calories a day and The Biggest Loser says I should eat 1600 calories a day so basically, I am just staying in between the 2 numbers this week. The rest of the month this is easy for me. I don't know why I feel the need to eat so much more at this time.
I've also upped my water intake. I am still eating healthier foods, but then have my energy drink too. And I don't drink it for the energy actually, just the taste (better one or two of those and that's all the caffeine I have instead of the 6 pack of Mountain Dew I used to drink daily).
I'm in pain, tired, and really don't care about this right now. Maybe I should take a day to relax and not worry about this. I don't know.
