whew that was tough.. 40 minutes leg and ab burn out with my dumb bells

today i. was awesome! i have some stress build up, so on my lunch break i took advantage of this rare spring 80 degree day without rain! i did a 30 min jog and walk! this evening at home i did a 30 minute biceps and chest workout. 🙂

yesterday i walked 40 minutes. today i did 40 min leg and butt workout. whew i felt like jello lol...so i had go to store. this weird guy said hello i reply hello. and kept walking. I wanted to get my coffee and creamer. as i walked passed him he said in a low voice nice ass. it creep me out i hurried off to another isle..and totally forgot my coffee. ugh..

today was beautiful 60 degrees and sunny. i walked 1.4 miles on my half hour lunch break and after work i walked 40 minutes 2.27 miles! i didn't want a video workout ..its so nice out. so i got in 70 minutes exercise today!
