Still going down slow and steady😁. Although I've noticed I'm struggling with my water intake yet again which triggers my cravings (that whole thirst masquerading as hunger thing). Here's the problem; I work retail and am always fliting from place to place. I walk in, drop my stuff in the office, do as little paperwork as possible, then head out to help on the floor. I average 18000 steps in a workday if that tells you how much I move. Do any of you have some advice to get more water in?

Yeah Buddy 😁🚵 Now this is where I usually get hung up, I never seem to be able to get below 160. It's like I hang on the precipice for what seems like forever a d then the weight climbs back up. I just need to hold onto the healthy habits, pack a healthy lunch daily, workout on closing shift days and days off, and I've gotten much better at not overworking with my new job (which honestly has always been the problem. I am a workaholic and thrive on that chaos, but it affects my eating habits for the worse).

Waaaay better than expected. Thought I'd have a gain with my pmdd just kicking me hard this month. All I want to do is eat, sleep, and be irrationally angry/sad when it hits this bad.

Well I guess Mondays weigh in and journal entry decided to disappear on me. I think it was the universe saying to wait...since I was at 168 Monday after a 3100 calorie Sunday at the mall of america. I kind crashed, burned, rolled to a stop in the dirt on the whole sugar thing, but the volcano 🌋 brownie ice cream thing was just toooooo tempting to say no to, and the macarons, and the truffles... Anyway I'm back on track as of Monday and seeing better results 😁
