been bouncin around from 176 right after i ate a big dinner and drank about 3 glasses of water down to 170 right before i went to bed that same night so i think 174 is a good round about number...i'll start weighing in every sunday so i can do it first thing when i wake up and get a consistent more accurate number

So...i've been gone for a while now, since Spring. I was on a roll and then went on vacation, changed jobs and schedules and haven't been able to get back into it. I've decided that now is the time to focus on me, I don't care if that means I don't hang out with anyone but my 3 year old. Here's the problem, I can't seem to get motivated...any recomendations?

So, I've been introduced to sparkpeople.com...it's a little different than fatsecret, and I don't like tracking calories as much on that site because it doesn't have the huge database like fatsecret, so I'm going to keep using this site for calories...I like the set up for journaling and blogging much better on that site though, so I'm going to use both...

So I'm going to plan on just being MIA on FS every Sunday, waaaaay to much craziness going on and it's the only whole day I have with Kaiden so it's going to be my day...I didn't eat great today but I did eat well, I'm conscious of what I'm eating even when i didn't record it...
anywho, got a new jogging stroller today! Kaiden has MUCH more room in this one, gettin' up early to test it out! Found out I can workout at work after my shift for up to an hour which is awesome because Kaiden's already asleep and so he won't notice me gone an extra hour but I can get some pre-sleep cardio in and wear myself out to sleep better (hopefully). Plus, i won't feel bad if homework keeps me from working out before work like i do now, because i know i will still be able to get some time in!
Alright, off to fold clothes, after cleaning the kitchen, hallway, and my room...all that's left is kaiden's room and the bathrooms for tomorrow, or later tonight if i'm feeling energetic!

I think I had to make up a little for last week, I'm guessing I probably gained a pound or two with how horrible that week was and it just took a little while to impact my weight cuz I've been bustin my butt this week and didn't see too much of a change...hey, I'll take what I can get but I'm bumpin' to two-a-days at least 4 days a week from now til Vegas! (April 7)
