been going through some crazy medical, emotional and financial stuff and have "fallen off the wagon" so to speak...needing to get back in it...i knw itll help the other aspects of my life!

so...been horrible about tracking cals but not really worried about it because im not planning on tracking them for the rest of my life and ive got a pretty good handle on what im eating...i housesat for my mom and ate out a LOT over the weekend but picked good options and am still seeing progress! i didnt work out much last week either but still lost more than previous weeks...my body is making the change it needs to thanks to me making the changes i needed to!

Well, consistently dropping, didn't work out much this week but that's gonna change starting tomorrow morning! I'm going to bed early to get up early and get it in!

i missed sunday cuz i was in pendleton at our bball tourney, had bball every day last week so workouts were hard to fit in, i probably would have lost more if i had more workouts in...consistent loss, cant complain! calorie counting also didnt happen over the weekend, one weekend a mnth wont kill me :) didnt eat great but still managed portions and tried to be smart about what i ate...

well here i am Sunday morning...i weighed in 3 days in a row at 168 and now im at 172...the weirdness of fluctuating body weight...oh well! i said id record every sunday morning and thats what im gonna do, plus it still shows a weight loss of 2 pounds and i cant complain about that!
