Ok, it had really gotten out of control for me. I have been eating whatever, and developed an addiction to Green Tea Frappucinos. The small one with no whip cream is 290 cals! Last week my stomach was so big, it looked like I was expecting twins or something! My sister went on the Flat Belly Diet by Prevention Magazine and lost 23 lbs since the first of the year, and she is 13 years older that me, so it must work good. They have a 4-day anti-bloat jump start that I got off the Internet, then I'll have the book in next week with all the recipes. It focuses on Mono Unsaturated Fatty Acids at every meal - nuts, avacados, olive oil and DARK CHOCOLATE! I said, this is the plan for me! I'll give it a try for a month and see what happens. Started the anti-bloat diet on Saturday, it's a good thing I was not at work because I had a serious headache by afternoon because you are supposed to have no caffeine. Sorry, I just couldn't handle that part of it and broke down and had a diet coke. But my stomach is noticeable down this morning after just one day.

OK, I let myself get of track the last few weeks. Went on vacation, and have been eating way to many treats. Need to get a good meal plan in place so I can stick to it and not be tempted by things I'm not supposed to be eating. Also need to increase the exercise, really need to get a little workout in before work. I'll try to get this in place before next week.

I'm going back on the Phase I of the diet for a couple of weeks to get the loss going again. Glad I haven't had a big gain, because I have been eating a lot. We'll see how much good another 5lbs does.
