Down 3 lbs!!!! I think this week I have shown myself that I can do this! I am back on track and my chart is finally moving in the right direction again! My goal for this week is to watch my portions and increase my gym time! Have a GREAT week everyone!

Hello Everyone,
I am returning after a short break and time to revaluate my weight loss plan. After much thought I have decided to leave the Weigh Watchers Program. I am still a very strong advocate of the program! I think it works very well for some people. However, I began to put too much stress on myself and started to self destruct (as you can see in my graph).
I have decided to carry on my weight loss journey on my own accord. My plan is to make smart choices, watch portion sizes and follow the Canada Food Guide to ensure that my body is getting the requirements to be healthy.
I am at a point where going to the gym and eating healthy is going to be enough for me. If I don't lose another pound, I will know at the end of the day I have treated my body with the respect it deserves.
With that said, I am VERY happy to be back! I am going to stalk some charts and see how my Buddies are doing.
