Day 4: Water Fast
All I can say, it's done and dusted :)
Today I added those Keto bhb salts and alkaline powder. REALLY helped with my energy levels...
I'm weighing in tomorrow morning... :) let's see what the scale says

Day 3: Water Fast
What a day... I'm confused to how I feel. I'm not hungry but I have an urge to eat :) This cold weather is really not helping.
Had two cups of coffee today with lactose free low fat milk and I refuse to feel guilty for drinking that coffee. Tomorrow no coffee for me :)
Honestly, I'm not feeling hungry but I do feel a little bit tired... Lack of energy.
Off to bed now :)

Day 2: Water Fast
What a day, I really struggled even now. It's like the food is just staring at me and I literally have to tell myself, no no no you stronger then this.
Had no energy for exercising today, really hope day 3 will be better, but I have to beat the fact that food is controlling me... It's tough though... But I know I will beat this...

Day1: Water Fast
Why am I doing the water fast? I'm really struggling with emotional eating and it feels like the food is controlling me. I need to work through my food addiction cause that's what it really is...
Day 1 done and dusted. Do feel like there is something missing as I would always snack on something.
I would like to do a 7 day water fast but let's see how strong my will power is...
