I may have eaten more than I planned to, however, my gym is open tomorrow so I’ll get to work some of this off. But, I also have a get together tomorrow. I’ll try to be careful.

My problem is not tracking my food like I should be. The reason I don’t though is because I know I eat more unhealthy than healthy but I do try to eat healthy. It’s just hard to track your food when you make your food homemade. How do you know how many calories are in a burger you make or in spaghetti?
Also, how do you keep fruit from spoiling after a week? Freeze it? Can it? What’s the secret?

I’ve changed up my workouts a little bit. I’m also getting leg day out of the way so we’ll see how that goes

I don’t want to do legs! I hate leg day! I was supposed to do it yesterday, but I didn’t want to and I’m forcing myself to today!
