Put on more than i should over the weekend!! Not too happy, not too mad, but I won't get any where fast at that rate. Too many hot dogs and I don't even like them very much!

Glad to have a green arrow again, prob' be red by monday, but I can live with a LITTLE increase. I did get on the Wii this week, but not much, just enough to feel it the next day. I need to get some serious exercise in, but i just don't like it (I know, do I want a little cheese with that whine.) It's not that I don't like exercise I am just not fond of running and that is the easiest thing to fit in. I would really like to play some badminton (as in the indoor sport not the garden variety, although I have been without it so long I would actually take the garden variety. Anyone fancy a game? :))
It is nice to be past the cravings. It is odd 'cause at the time I am sure I am hungry and not craving and think I will never get past it, but I did as most of you would know. If there is anyone else on phase one out there that thinks they can't get past that 'got to have
something
' feeling; you can and you will. Have your legal emergency snacks planned so you know what you are going to reach for before it happens.

Not too displeased with the weight gain as it is not much. I thought it would be a lot more because although I stuck to phase one I made two Mock Peanut Butter Pies with No Flour Peanut Butter Cookie crust and added a ton of SF Choc' chips to the pie :) Oh and I went to hardees twice and had their low carb breakfast bowl. Think I might need to cut down on the ol' fat intake now. That shouldn't be a problem as it will be back to normal salads at work. I wasn't too tired over the weekend, but when I tell my husband that I am getting tired he now knows that he has about 10 mins before I just crash and do not have the sweetest disposition :). I have learnt that I definately need to snack through the day even if I am not hungry.

The scales were friendly this morning and that is nice, it has been a while since I was in the 120's. Really hope i stick with it well over the weekend, I think I will as i don't want to loose ground now. Must admit I feel like there is not anything good to look forward to food wise as normally the weekend is for eating yummy things. I need to find something to replace all the bad items. Wasn't quite as 'hungry' yesterday evening so that was good. Forgot my lunch to day and all my snacks, but my husband is running it out to me as he has the day off, so that is nice. Still don't have a great deal of energy, kinda flat, but I am not as tired as I was. Yes Veggies I had some protein for breakfast, but no veggies :D
