I haven't really felt like being on here as I am putting on weight, but it is to be expected as I am eating nothing but crackers and sandwiches. Husband is very happy getting pb&j for lunch every day and asks for cheese and crackers for dinner. I have to get back to salad and veggies but it is not going to be easy. It is not like i don't like veggies, i actually love them, but my laziness for fixing them outweighs my enjoyment of eating them and my husband doesn't relish getting back to them.
For the last month i have been running 2-3 x a week in weather varying from mid 80's to high 90's and on the inbetween days i have been working out at home, squats and situps (not with much enthusiasm) I thought even with a bad diet i would loose a little...nope.
we'll see what next week brings.

Slowly but surely I am ... GAINING weight!! Not happy, but not tooooo mad really, I don't guess, well maybe a little miffed to slightly annoyed. What can I expect when I eat badly. Ah well, let's see what next week brings. Father in law's b'day today so going out to eat and then it is girls night out at church on Friday and I am just dreaming about all the goodies that will be there. I can just feel my will power weakening. Pffft, there it went in advance :P
I have started exercising a bit more so that is good. :/
