Two meals a day and no snacking at all did wonders for me. The two meals I have are always big and satiated—usually 700+ calories each meal. It guarantees enough nutritions and energy for my weight loss journey. I found Intermittent fasting really powerful as it reduces insulin resistance without damaging my metabolism.
Low-carb diet really helps, too. In fact I like my new way of eating so much that I have decided that I will be doing this low-carb diet for the rest of my life. I believe my weight loss journey has transformed into healthy lifestyle journey at this point and I am so happy and grateful for that. Many thanks to this community and I wish everyone here good luck.

I have seen so many people trying so hard to lose some weight only to gain their weight back in half amount of the time.
Before you start your weight loss journey, please spend some time to do research on Insulin Resistance. Just google it or YouTube it, it will only take you couple of hours but you will understand what and why and how.
It’s so important for you to first understand the mechanisms of your body before you do anything to it. Doing strict calorie restriction diet only can and will destroy your metabolism, and it can be permanent if you do it long enough.
We want to lose weight because we want healthy bodies. Our bodies can’t speak, at least not in the language that we can understand, so please be patient, be gentle and be responsible.
